Advanced Surface Treatment
Hot-Dip Galvanizing (HDG)
Submerged in 450 deg C molten zinc. Creates a metallurgical bond for ultimate cathodic protection. Strictly compliant with ASTM A123 and EN ISO 1461 standards.
Architectural Powder Coating
Utilizing AkzoNobel & Tiger premium powders. UV-resistant, eco-friendly, and available in the full RAL color spectrum for facades, ceilings, and interior screen applications.
Thermoplastic PVC Coating
A thick, flexible, marine-grade polymer layer applied over pre-galvanized expanded metal. It adds durable corrosion resistance for coastal, chemical, and exposed service environments.
