Sample Policy
Standard Samples
We provide standard A4 size (approx. 210x297mm) samples of our regular stock items free of charge to qualified businesses.
Shipping Costs
While standard samples are free, international shipping costs via DHL/FedEx/UPS are typically borne by the requester. You can provide your courier account number for freight collect.
Custom Samples
Custom specifications requiring new tooling or specific surface treatments may incur a nominal fee, which is fully refundable upon mass production order placement.
Lead Time
Standard samples are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Custom samples may take 7-14 days depending on complexity.
